Full disclosure, being a new real estate agent in 2021 has been challenging and as I gain my footing in this industry I need to stabilize my income. That's why I have created this website and service. About Me

Hey again, my name is Austin Barnes and I'm a realtor with eXp Realty in the Seattle/King County Washington area. I was born in May of 1996 and as far as hobbies go I like to mess around with 3D printers, play video games, read, and work out!

Being new to real estate has been tough but I've worked out how I want to run my business and create my sphere of clients, the problem I'm facing now is that I need a lot of time to build up my business using the methods I want to. This means I need some supplementary income.

Service price depends on the scope of work involved, the timeframe of completion given, and what tasks are involved. In some cases, a flat fee makes more sense for the service rather than an hourly charge.
